  • Cerebral Palsy.
  • Traumatic and acquired brain injury.
  • Learning disabilities (including autism spectrum disorder).

  • Degenerative neurological conditions (such as Muscular Dystrophy).
  • Brachial Plexus Lesions including Erb’s Palsy.
  • Loss of services for fatal accident claims.

Clinical Currency Statement

As at August 2021, I am engaged in the role of Case Manager for WestCountry Case Management for an average of 73 hours per month.  I also work as an Independent Children’s Occupational Therapist for an average of 10 hours per month.
