Specific Injuries Experience
Naomi is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and Case Manager who specialises in Paediatrics. She has specific experience in planning and implementing packages of complex care for children with the most severe brain injuries. Naomi also has significant experience in co-ordinating the care of children with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological deficits as well as those with learning difficulties.
As a Case Manager she has demonstrated a wealth of practical care planning knowledge and is competent in co-ordinating agency and directly employed care.
Naomi is also confident supporting clients with associated sensory impairment, and she regularly supports clients with associated pain and fatigue issues.

Naomi currently works as a Case Manager and is experienced in carrying out immediate needs assessments to plan the rehabilitation support for paediatric clients with Cerebral Palsy, brain injuries and orthopaedic injuries. She manages multi-disciplinary teams and effectively communicates with both statutory service and private sector staff. She currently manages directly employed and agency care support packages and is skilled at communicating with the family and professionals involved.
Prior to Case Management, Naomi worked in Chailey Heritage Clinical Services as a Clinical Lead of the Posture and Seating Clinics. She was responsible for a team of professionals and an overall client base, many of whom required extremely complex care. She excelled in providing clinical leadership and support to this large team.
