In addition to occupational therapy roles in social care, Juanita has also gained significant experience in assessing and calculating care packages. This includes setting up care packages, liaising with care agencies and care homes to find solutions in complex cases and assisting clients with selecting personal assistants. Previously she has managed both occupational therapists and social workers in social care teams. Her management experience includes advising on funding panels for care, participating in safeguarding investigations, identifying areas for staff development and project managing service developments.
