Quality Control

How do we train our experts and ensure that reports are all of a high standard?

We have a four stage quality assurance process which is monitored via feedback forms:-

Stage 1 - One-to-one mentoring provided by an established consultant.  Training also includes:

  • Face-to-face training covering office and system procedures
  • Best practice guidance provided on all facets of the Expert Witness role
  • All work monitored for quality assurance standards prior to submission to our clients by experienced Head Office staff and established consultants

Stage 2 –  An experienced consultant reviews reports from second draft.   Standards are measured by objective feedback given by the supervising consultant.  All necessary amendments are carried out under close guidance.   New consultants remain at this stage until the company is satisfied that our high standards are met and maintained.  This is monitored on a daily basis as well as formally reviewed monthly where the senior team discuss consultant’s progress.

Stage 3 - All reports are finalised in our office by highly trained and experienced report production assistants who will proof read and check all manual calculations as well as highlighting any potential errors for consultants to correct.

All reports written by our consultants are subject to regular peer audit after the final report has been sent to you – our client.  Reports are selected at random for very experienced consultants and all reports of newer consultants are reviewed.  The system is designed to promote and maintain higher quality reports as consultants learn from each other.

  • Additional training provided to all our consultants through the various stages of quality assurance include:
  • Report writing guidance
  • IT Support and training
  • Court room skills
  • Personal Injury Litigation, including the role of the expert witness
  • Best practice regarding meetings of experts, case conferences

In summary...

Our selection procedures combined with our detailed quality assurance process will guarantee that you receive a truly exceptional level of service.
