Telephone Advice
Before formal instructions are received, and an expert allocated to the case, ad hoc technical advice may be required. That advice is available from an experienced medico-legal occupational therapist and can be accessed through our Allocations Team.
You may require advice on:
- The need for a report or letter
- Which format it should be produced in
- Budgets
- Time frames
- Availability of the most appropriate expert, whether that is by specialism or geographical location
This advice is provided free of charge by our Allocations Team.
Quotations
Tailored quotations are provided according to your requirements and to an agreed budget. But we only charge for work delivered to your exact specifications and for the time it takes us to complete it.
Bespoke Reports
All Jacqueline Webb reports are tailored according to the individual's needs and circumstances. We have a number of standard formats and templates in which our reports are produced.
However, all our reports and formats are flexible and can be adapted to meet your specific budget and to the type and value of the case that is being handled.
In addition:
- Jacqueline Webb have successfully developed a report template for CICA cases to accommodate the new CICA rules, and are currently in consultation with our customers over the development of a MIB template.
- In conjunction with our customers we have also developed a bespoke template for Loss of Services reports.
