Points covered in our Loss of Services Report
A Loss of Services Report will be produced based on the assessment evidence and from other supporting documentation. It will evaluate the services the deceased provided in the past and would have provided in the future.
It will include a detailed introduction and an evaluation of all areas of loss including, where relevant:
- Child and family care.
- Household and vehicle maintenance.
- Any other identified services pertaining to the claim.
