Our lowest cost report to support non-complex claims

A report based entirely on desk research and evidence from existing documentation – medical reports, other evidence (witness statements etc), information supplied by the solicitor or claimant in written format.

The report can simply be produced as a List of Costs, if that is all that is required.

This report is designed to be used

• If there is no time for an assessment visit, or where a visit would be unlikely to add value.
• If the claimant lives abroad and is therefore not accessible.
• When a particular need has been identified or specified that does not warrant an assessment visit or full report.
• Where costings for future scenarios are needed.
• In response to a Part 36 offer, where a claim requires urgent valuation.
• To determine whether a full report is needed.
• As a confidential way of securing an expert opinion on the opposing expert’s report(s), without the expense of a full assessment.
• Produced quickly and to an agreed budget limit.
• Can be made watertight for court if a follow up assessment visit is made at a later date.
